Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using the WedPro Photography website (www.wedprophotography.com) and by engaging WedPro Photography for any photography or videography services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

WedPro Photography provides professional wedding photography, wedding videography, pre-wedding photography, portrait sessions, and related services. All services are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit payment. The specific scope of services — including the number of photographers, coverage hours, deliverables, and timelines — will be detailed in your individual service agreement.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package value is required to confirm your booking and reserve your date. This deposit is applied toward the total package fee. The remaining balance is due in two instalments: 40% two months before the event date and the final 30% on the morning of the event. Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods specified in your agreement. Dates are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received in full. WedPro Photography reserves the right to accept other bookings for your date until the deposit is received.

In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable as it compensates WedPro Photography for the time invested and the date blocked from its calendar. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date will be subject to the full package fee, as the date cannot reasonably be resold. In the event of postponement, WedPro Photography will apply the deposit toward a new available date at no additional charge, subject to calendar availability. If the preferred new date is unavailable, the deposit is forfeited. In the rare event that WedPro Photography is unable to attend due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, or force majeure), we will make every effort to provide a comparable replacement photographer. If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.

All photographs, videos, and other creative works produced by WedPro Photography remain the intellectual property and copyright of WedPro Photography. Clients receive a personal-use licence to print, share, and display their images for non-commercial purposes. Clients may not sell, license, or use images for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from WedPro Photography. WedPro Photography retains the right to use images and videos from your wedding for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and editorial purposes. If you wish to opt out of this usage, please notify us in writing before the event date. We will always respect such requests and will not publish images you have asked us to keep private.

Edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within six to eight weeks of the event date, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. The number of images delivered will be consistent with what was agreed upon in your service contract. WedPro Photography will make every effort to deliver images within the stated timeline, but delays may occasionally occur during peak season. Raw, unedited files are not provided as standard and are not included in any package. WedPro Photography retains backup copies of images for a period of one year following delivery. After this period, WedPro Photography cannot guarantee the availability of files and clients are encouraged to back up their galleries immediately upon delivery.

WedPro Photography carries professional public liability insurance and takes every precaution to protect the safety of clients, guests, and equipment. However, WedPro Photography cannot be held liable for the failure to capture specific moments if access was restricted by the venue, ceremony officiant, or other parties. WedPro Photography is not responsible for the failure of venues to allow photography in specific areas. In the unlikely event that images are lost due to technical failure, WedPro Photography's liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the affected portion of coverage. WedPro Photography will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Clients are responsible for informing WedPro Photography of any specific access restrictions, venue rules, or cultural considerations that may affect photography. Clients are responsible for ensuring that WedPro Photography team members have access to all areas required for photography coverage. Clients are responsible for ensuring that adequate lighting and physical access are available for photography at all key moments. Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or special requirements before the event date. Changes to the event schedule or format made on the day of the event may affect WedPro Photography's ability to fulfil the agreed scope of coverage.

The content on this website — including all text, photographs, videos, graphics, and design — is the property of WedPro Photography and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without explicit written permission. This website is provided for informational purposes. WedPro Photography makes every effort to ensure that the information presented is accurate and current, but does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content. WedPro Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with the date of revision.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from WedPro Photography's services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
